Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how pixelsToolbox ("we", "us") at pixelstoolbox.com handles information when you use our website.
Your images
All image processing on pixelsToolbox happens locally in your web browser. The images and files you select are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see, store or share them. When you close the page, they are gone.
The Background Remover uses an AI model that runs on your device. The model files are downloaded from our own server, and the supporting AI runtime is loaded from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), a public code CDN. Like any download, jsDelivr receives your IP address and browser details, but never your images. Both are then cached by your browser.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard log information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and running and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements, which helps keep our tools free. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
For more information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, through a consent message managed by Google.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which tools are most popular). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The tools themselves will continue to work without cookies.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
